Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or the "Client") and Sylvie Nicole Drapeau, M.Ed., operating as Master Your LIFE ("we," "us," or "our"), a hypnotherapy and coaching practice based in Québec, Canada.

By joining our free Facebook community, subscribing to the Daily Master Your LIFE Practice, purchasing any of our 12-week Mastery programs, enrolling in the 6-month Master Your LIFE program, starting a 7-Day Free Trial, or otherwise accessing or using any services offered through SylvieDrapeau.com (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the business or organization you represent.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not join, subscribe to, purchase, access, or otherwise use the Services.

Our Services

Sylvie Nicole Drapeau helps people recognize and transform the subconscious patterns that quietly influence the way they think, feel, and live. Through personalized hypnotherapy, the Master Your LIFE Method, and daily practice, she helps people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their Inner Touch, and create lasting transformation across the four foundational pillars of life: Mindset, Health, Relationships, and Money.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or you're ready for deeper transformation, our programs and services are designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward greater alignment with who you truly are.

Our Free Community

A private Facebook community where members can connect, ask questions, receive encouragement, and continue growing alongside others who are committed to personal growth and lasting transformation.

Daily Master Your LIFE Practice

A monthly membership designed to support consistent daily progress through guided hypnosis sessions, practical exercises, and ongoing encouragement. Small daily actions become lasting habits as you strengthen new subconscious patterns one day at a time. Details are provided in Section 3.

The Four Masteries

Our four 12-week hypnotherapy and coaching programs — Mindset Mastery, Health Mastery, Relationship Mastery, and Money Magnet Mastery — each focus on one essential pillar of life. Every program helps you recognize and transform the subconscious patterns influencing that area while creating practical, lasting change from the inside out. Details are provided in Section 4.

Master Your LIFE

Our signature six-month transformational journey brings together all Four Masteries into one complete experience. Through personalized hypnotherapy, coaching, and practical application, you'll progressively strengthen your Mindset, Health, Relationships, and Money while creating greater alignment throughout every area of your life. Details are provided in Section 4.

Free Resources

From time to time, we also offer complimentary resources, including our 7-Day Free Trial, educational guides, workshops, articles, and other tools designed to support your continued learning and personal growth.

We may update, improve, expand, retire, or modify any of our Services from time to time. If a change materially affects the content or benefits of a paid membership or program, we will provide existing members with reasonable advance notice by email whenever practical.

Master Your LIFE is a professional hypnotherapy and coaching practice, not a software platform. Some of our Services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Facebook, Zoom, and other online services. While we make every reasonable effort to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee the availability of platforms that we do not own or control and are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, security incidents, or policy changes affecting those third-party services.

Daily Master Your LIFE Practice

The Daily Master Your LIFE Practice is a recurring membership billed monthly at $47/mo (or the rate shown at signup). Joining grants you access to the daily hypnosis audio library for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

The Mastery Programs & Master Your LIFE

Health Mastery, Mindset Mastery, Money Magnet Mastery, and Relationship Mastery are each 12-week hypnotherapy and coaching programs focused on one pillar of life. Master Your LIFE is our flagship 6-month program, combining hypnotherapy, coaching, and daily systems across all four pillars: Wealth, Health, Relationships, and Mindset.

Program structure, session cadence, and deliverables for your specific enrollment are set out in the program details shown to you at the time of purchase, or in your individual coaching agreement where applicable.

Your account and acceptable conduct

When you join any of our paid Services, you agree to provide accurate registration and payment information and to keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

Whether in the free Facebook community, inside the Daily Master Your LIFE Practice, or during 1:1 sessions, the following are not permitted:

Content and intellectual property

All hypnosis audios, scripts, coaching frameworks, course materials, written content, and branding produced by Sylvie Nicole Drapeau, including the "Master Your LIFE" name, the "Health Mastery," "Mindset Mastery," "Money Magnet Mastery," and "Relationship Mastery" program names, the "Daily Master Your LIFE Practice" name, and the Sylvie Nicole Drapeau wordmark, are our intellectual property. Your membership or program enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this material for your own personal growth. It does not give you the right to teach, resell, or repackage our hypnosis scripts or frameworks as your own.

You retain full ownership of your own story and any material you share with us in coaching sessions or the community. With your permission, we may use anonymized insights, testimonials, or success stories in our marketing. We will always ask first, and you can decline or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

If you give us feedback or suggestions about how to improve our Services, you grant us the right to use that feedback freely, without any obligation to credit or compensate you for it.

Payments and refunds

The Daily Master Your LIFE Practice is billed monthly at the rate shown at signup and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate or refund the current billing period once it has begun.

The Mastery programs and Master Your LIFE are payable in full upfront or via the payment plan agreed at enrollment.

All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Where applicable, taxes are calculated and added by our payment processor at checkout.

Health and results disclaimer

Hypnosis is safe for most people. If you have epilepsy or schizophrenia, please consult a medical professional before participating in any hypnotherapy session or program.

Results from hypnosis vary from person to person and depend on your commitment, openness to the process, and individual circumstances. No guarantees are made or implied regarding specific results or the speed at which you may experience change. By using our programs, you accept full responsibility for your well-being and any actions you take following our sessions.

Confidentiality

During 1:1 coaching and hypnotherapy sessions, you may share sensitive details about your health, finances, relationships, or personal life. We will treat anything you share in private sessions as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except: with your consent, where it's already public, or where we're required to disclose it by law, for example, where we believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.

Termination

You may leave the free community or cancel your Daily Master Your LIFE Practice membership at any time. For the Mastery programs and Master Your LIFE, either party may end the coaching relationship early if it's clearly not working. In that case, we'll discuss in good faith whether any unused, undelivered portion of your fee should be addressed, but we are not obliged to refund fees for sessions or materials already delivered or made available to you.

We may suspend or end your access to any Service immediately if you breach Section 5 (Conduct), fail to pay fees when due, or use the Services in a way that exposes us, our team, or other members to legal or reputational risk.

Limitation of liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We don't warrant that hypnotherapy, coaching, community participation, or use of our materials will produce any particular health, financial, relationship, or personal outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sylvie Nicole Drapeau will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in question in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your own country or province of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

Informal resolution first

Before either of us files a formal claim, we agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. We'll aim to respond and work toward resolution within 30 days.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we'll notify active members and clients by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Refund Policy, and any individual coaching agreement you've signed, form the entire agreement between you and Sylvie Nicole Drapeau regarding your use of our Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
